Can anyone recommend a max effort C4 transmission builder?
 
Hey:

Looking for a good transmision builder to put together a Ford C4 for heads up racing.

Any recommendations appreciated.

Jay at Broader Performance. I build my own but buy parts from him. some times his web site doesnt come up on a google search http://www.broaderperformance.com/en/ If you are interested in building your own go to http://www.fordmuscleforums.com/ under the C4 section alot of info on how to do your own.

Steve, Joel's on Joy in Detriot is the best guy I've dealt with. He can get Proflite parts. You're going to need full tilt stuff to out run the sticks in Coyote stock heads up at the same weight. ;)

Ed Horenskey, his son Ryan posts on here often. Great guy and excellent work. He is good with the Pro Trans as well...

I'm running the PA Comp C4 with full roller package. Lifetime guarantee and rated to 1000hp. It's got two years and lots of passes at 9.90-10.20, 86 Mustang 2750lbs.

My dad builds a strong and reliable C4. Does his own trick stuff to them. Probably the best price you will find also. 610-409-6030.

The 248-446-6024 number is the correct one. He moved his shop out to West Lyon, Mi
