Pictures from Rockingham 3/21/2010
First off, I guess I am the new kid on the block. This is my first season running IHRA Stock. My name is CJ Perry. I drive the blue Sloan Racing Engines Camaro. Tim is my uncle. My first race was this past weekend at Rockingham. Deff. had a blast with driving the car. I have been running my personal car in Pro Tree Elim, 6.0 Index, and some 1/4 pro tree bracket classes...I though I could jump in this car and kill the long tree like I do a pro-tree...Boy was I wrong. My hats off to you guys! I gained ALOT of knowledge this past weekend and cant wait for Piedmont! I met a few really cool racers this past weekend.

CJ, You done good buddy. We both have a LOT of learning to do but I'm confident we'll get there. It was such a pleasure talking with you after that first round and look forward to telling our "war" stories over and over together through the years.
Those pictures were from both mine and CJ's first ever round in IHRA Stock eliminator so one of us were bound to win! I was lucky enough to come out on top this time. I just hope the next time we face each other it is in the Final! |

CJ, hate i didnt get a chance to meet you this weekend me and dad got bit by some kind of bug friday night and i was in and out of the car sat. between rounds and sleeping and getting sick......im sure ill get a chance to holler at you later stay in it us younguns need to keep it real...PS dont listen to anything Terry Taylor tells you lol....jp Terry ;).......Congrats Corey on the RU

i have the dark burgondy colored mustang in stock and i run the black and silver chevy 2 in super stock....facebook is just under Brandon Peterson hit me up man...........i want get to make the piedmont race sorry guys my brother is getting married that saturday....im hoping for a wash out all week lol.....not really i wouldnt do that to you guys......:)

haha mike yeah its been painted it was gonna be a suprise to everyone but it hasnt had the best debut but oh well...least the car looks good....sorry to hear about your motor mike that sucks i know....hope you are feeling better i need to get out more or atleast on facebook or something didnt even know you had been sick till friday...lol see you soon....
