Very nice, very fast car. Nice video as well.

The view from the starting line at that drag strip is incredible.

I think I sold you some center caps on ebay several years ago.

It wasn't me. I have never purchased anything that was on ebay. It could have been Willy Creech, that owns Vulcan Towing.

Mothers day through Labor Day, and by Labor Day, the track can be pretty cold.

I have a buddy that used to race at HRP with us moved up that way a month or so ago. His name is Alan Scanlan. I told him to look for you and say hi. He is a footbrake bracket racer. Probably doesn't have his car there as he is only going to be there a few years.

Nice video. Wish I could afford that nice of a Poncho motor for my car. :)

Thank you! The guy, that put it on youtube, emailed me when he saw that I had posted it. He also has some other excellent clips from the track, on youtube. Just type in Alaska Raceway Park.

Now that I'm retired, I hope I can afford to keep it running, but I do have two mor engines. One standard deck of 474cu. in. and another tall deck that needs to be heavily decked and a complete rotating assembly.

My brother lives in Eagle River.I was up there in June2006 for his daughter's wedding, and one evening,I took a ride up there to see the track. Very impressive scenery and surroundings.It looks like a nice track .Nice '64 as well!!!
