Giving the car search thread a bump. Still looking for any and all information on this car.

After it was purchased off of Strawberry Rd in Pasadena it went next to Magnolia. The gentleman in Magnolia bought it out of the local auto trader. I would imagine if anyone has a stack of the old auto traders from the Houston area circa 1986-1989 it would be in there.

I would contact Harvey Emmons in PASADENA OR Mike Trumble they both race stock super stock back in the time.

The black car at the top has a Hemi scoop so it's a good bet it's a Hemi car.

It's squaring off against the Blairs Speed Shop Plymouth. This is the only image I've seen of this car. A sedan wedge car went to Lou Baney, not sure if this is the car or not.

Maybe your not aware of this but you can get the production history of your car from Chrysler Historical Services. You can also purchase one of Darrell Davis' books which has the vins, color, dealer codes, etc for the 64/65 Hemi cars and also all the max wedges.

Basically will tell you Region Number (35 for example is Carolina area) Dealer Number(38027 as an example), color (DD1=medium blue metallic), and vin (3141250554 for an example).

62-65 b body mopar guys are really fortunate to have the ability to look this up.

Good luck with your search.

Always new eyes in the forum so I figured I would give the thread a bump.

It's been a while and I have no updates. However, I've found another original owner of one of it's sister cars. So, the search goes on.

Finally, a full color shot from the side showing the sponsors. Does anyone recognize this car from the San Antonio area?
