This is not always the case. I believe the Dutch or Atco NO (if not both) allow test n tune on thursday to count as record runs. So, I was wondering if you could set them friday during test n tune and when would tear down be.

Unless it changes. The record runs will only count during qualifying, which is one pass on Friday and 2 Saturday.

So tear downs would be after the race or after that racer is eliminated?

Record runs will only be allowed on the Qualifying runs. Friday has one Qualifying run scheduled and Saturday has two runs scheduled. If you wish to only set the record and not run the race you may tear down after you make your record runs. If you want to run the race, you will be able to tear down after you are done racing. Mr. Don Cololuca will be handling tear down. Hopefully we get a cool front and we can get some magic air to see some good performaces. I hope to see racers from all over come down. If you haven't seen a barometer over 30.00, you may want to attend. It could possibly be in the 30.20-30.40 range if the conditions are right.

Not sure if we will make it, but if we can we'll see what my ole 80's super stocker has up its sleeve with a 327 from J Allen.

All the D4 hemis skipped the Dutch because of this race. So now WE have the last class race of the year. A November WHO DAT Hemi Shootout. Our Indy bullet was fast but losing ET each round. 44 45 46 47 etc So we rushed it to the hospital and found the ring vendor had made a mistake and did not follow Rehers instructions. Those Farton boys want to keep that record, may want to schedule this on their calendar.

I said Ennis was my last race, If this happens, it might be my last race.

Yeah Ed, I quit too. I think that was my alter ego driving this weekend in Dallas. However that was me drinking the beer. Now I think I am going to Rockingham in between. I musta got hit in the head really hard in the accident. A little break on the weather in Belle Rose can be a fast track.

The schedule I saw shows eliminations not starting until 11:00 am on Saturday. Enough cars there and we will be racing in the dark, like Ennis. Found I can't do that. Probably should just call my racing done.
