First round of stock in the books and the qualifying is posted on DRC. About 4 faster for me than the national but that's with about a 6 mph tailwind. Bill Hardwick driving Don Keen's stocker lost an engine. Neil Rhodes in superstock oiled the track just a few minutes ago in superstock. Had about a half hour rain delay half way thru supercomp.

Been raining for 3 hours. I'm guessing it will be lucky if anymore cars get to go down the track today. They've already announced that if you have made a run today you're done for the day. Hopefully tomorrow the rain stays away.

Well...I had a race car, a truck and trailer last week at the Vegas National. Well... Now I have none of the listed at the track. My trailer is home with four new tires after blowing two on the way home. We pulled the motor and figured out the problem there, and had it back together, but we have no transmission so we are waiting on the repair of it, then I can hit the track again.

So, camera in hand, clouds in the sky, I did shoot some photos. I plan on setting the camera down the rest of the weekend. We will see if I can sit still and do that. Enjoy the shots I took today, and good luck to all the racers this weekend.
