There is one historic track I first raced at in 1967 and still race at today and that is Beech Bend Raceway in Bowling Green KY. Great place to race and probably the best place I've ever been to watch.

If I remember correctly, San Fernando was uphill. I remember it being slow.
But, it didn't have a light pole jus past the starting line. |

aquasco speedway md .all the greats came thru there. my brother raced there. i was to young 15 when it closed.
