In 1968 We bought a 57 Nomad to use for atow car when we got a SS Camaro, J.D. restore it. Then in June of 69 I lost my leg, so to have something to do ,we Bought this D/G Willys and J.D. painted it ,worked on it and drove it 3 times. We broke the engine & trans a 4 speed so i said it's a show car not a race car. I could never set in it as I couldnt bend my left leg to get in.
Bought the 67 Camaro in April of 69 , never raced it, 396-325 H.P. |
