Made some progress. I've got the secondary actually opening somewhere on the run and have discovered that the secondary is worth at least .80 over just the primaries.


and thanks Danny for the advice and for the tow back to the pits from the top end(blown fuse)

With the stiffest spring in the vacuum valve the secondaries are fully closed when up on the two step.
