You can!
BUT, why not become a member? This group is doing more for S/SS racing than any other! You can put that in the bank!

Mike, we'd love to see you back again this year. I didn't get the chance to say "Thanks!" to you guys in person last year.

MCR membership is not required at any of the MCR events. :)

For anyone who hasn't been to this race at Rock Falls , this is what classracers dream of !!!! Big money , round money way back, free food {Sat night }, all class cars and one of the cleanest and groomed tracks you will ever see. Picture 100+ stock /superstock cars,NSS pitted at one race, devoted just to them . Come and race and you will not be disappointed !!!! Thanks to everyone involved in making this happen.

Is this a class race with heads-ups or a bracket race with class cars.?

All Midwest Class Racers races have heads up. No fuel check but winners are weighed. Over 10 races on the schedule this year all over the upper midwest. These races are super fun. It's what class racing is all about! Bang for your buck you can not find a better deal. The race at Rock Falls is quickly becoming a premier event. The addition of the Stick Challenge race presented by Midwest Factory Finishes is just another exciting addition to an already great race! Hope to see ya all there!

Looking forward to this race. I believe there will be 4 SS/AH cars for a pre Indy tune up. This will be a great weekend! Jack

Jeff, as John stated earlier, Midwest Class Racer events are heads up and the cars are weighed.

At last years event at Rock Falls, there were two heads up pairings in the first round. :) -Al

I'm sure the race will be fun, and I'm sure the folks working to organize it are working very hard to ensure everyone who attends will have a grand time.

But I'm still struggling with the concept that an official NHRA Wally could be granted for anything other than a certified NHRA Class or event win, at an official NHRA National or divisional event.

A Wally is intended to be almost sacred.

Re: Big Money AND a Wally

NHRA has been allowing the tracks to do Wally weekends for bracket racing for quite a long time now. It’s a nice program to give the local racers a chance to win a trophy that otherwise most would never have the opportunity too.
This sounds like a great race which is no surprise as they always are when Midwest Class Racers are involved. With any luck maybe we’ll be able to attend this year.
