an 80 vette is much easier to get a big tire on. Here is my 80 with a 295 drag radial and a 29x10 slick. Both tires are on an 8.5 rim with a 4 7/8 back space. Once again you need the BFH and some heat at the front of the kick up area of the chassis. Hope these help.

Haven't had a Corvette in years. Someone explain the solid axle but still using the cross leaf spring and trailing arms. I'm guessing you use the trailing arms as lower control arms but what else do you need to hold the rear if anything?

Ask Jim Schaector or Tony Hernandez

9x30 fits, you need to get dirty, more than one way to do it. Pictures are of Weibe trailing arms witch he dose not make anymore.

OK, from the pic I see you use a panhard bar at the top for a locator. Years back I destroyed a lot of half shafts and stub axles.

Mid America also sells offset trailing arms and with them and the fiberglass spring I'm able to fit some pretty fat tires under the back of my 1965 Corvette.

Does anyone have pictures of the Alf Wiebe corvette trailing arm rear suspension system installed in a corvette? I would sure like to see some good close up photos of that complete suspension in a corvette.

Thanks in advance.
