327 250 HP is 14.47
327 275 HP is 13.49

3787.50 for 250 HP
3709.75 for 275 HP

Does this look correct?

Yes, the 'factors' are correct.

327/250 fits at the bottom of M/SA, so you can run L and N also. Minimum weight is 13.50 (L), 14.00 (M) aand 14.50 (N) x 245 (the NHRA Rating on the motor) plus 170 (for driver weight) = min wt, across scales, with driver.
L/S-L/SA = 3,477.5 minimum weight
M/S-M/SA = 3,600 min wt
N/S-N/SA = 3,722.5 min wt

327/275 has been derated to 265 in Stock. Same rules apply. 13.49 is the very bottom of K/SA, you can run J and L also. SO you would use weight break (12.5 for J, 13.00 for K, 13.50 for L) x 265 + 170 = minimum weight at conclusion of run with driver.

I was looking at Malibu station wagon, but I'm not up on the wagon nuances. If it is what you say here is the way it would shape up -

327/245 - 14.29 @ natural M is 3501lbs + 170lbs driver weight = 3671lbs. Minimum weight @ M would be 3430 + 170 = 3600.

327/265 - 13.32 @ natural K is 3530lbs + 170lbs driver weight = 3700lbs. Minimum weight @ K would be 3445 + 170 = 3615.

I found it under chevelle.......it is badged chevelle nomad custom. They are origional emblems because my father has owned the car ever since I could remember (I was born in 73). Thats how I found the numbers I posted earlier.

I found a compression, carb, cylinder head, intake, bore, stroke, rod length. Is that it? No cam rule or do they just figure you can only fit so much in that package. Does it have to be a powerglide or can it be a 3 speed?

OEM lift which is 390/410 for the 327's, any duration. Look at the blueprint spec's for 1968 and it will show all carbs, heads, intakes, ect. for those combos...some parts may be superseded and aftermarket allowed. Any transmission with a maximum of three forward speeds allowed, same manufacturer as car. Between the rulebook, blueprint guides and aftermarket approved products you should be able to get a good grasp of what is needed. Plenty of folks here will be glad to answer questions as they come up I'm sure.
