Raced #1 qualifier Ron Roddel in final Ron fresh off his victory in the semi finals over Brad Van Lant courtesy of his .000 light. The really fun intense race was our heads up in the qtrs. we had about a .2 performance deficit. We thru the kitchen sink at car... Jetted down, timing, cooled engine, iced intake, upped tire pressure, turned up 2 step. Car responded and picked up .15 surprised me but very gratifying as car owner/ mechanic/ crew chief! So... Congrats to my son! If u can't tell I'm pretty proud papa. Pics still coming!

Congrats to Tayler. There were some pretty seasoned veterans at Marion and to come out on top is pretty impressive. Plus I like wagons and red ones even more.

Light rain at the track this morning. Just spoke with Glenn Rapp track owner. He is watching the radar and believes its going to clear up around 10 and plans on getting the race in. Seen a few more stock/ super stock cars rolling in... And a few leave. Should actually turn into a nice day and a little cooler

Congrats to Tayler its great to see a young racer get his first big win and he earned every round! Allso congrats to John ~ he was taking care of 4 race cars (2 jr dragsters and 2 stockers) and did a perfect job of tuning and coaching. Enjoy the win and the $2000.

Allso a big thanks goes out to Thunder Valley Dragways for a flawless show (great traction ~ on time schedule ~ and a great management team to work with) Watch for imfo on the Sept race it will be Huge.

Dan Wiese

PS Watch out for my good friend Ron Roddel he was on a rail sat night CONGRATS Ron on your RU.
