Just purchased one from Twist & Shout Racing. Advertised in dragster. Also, I have know Paul Pittman for over 20 years. The unit is insulated, powdercoated, 110 volt, with top shelf hoses and connections. The unit is $1,250 plus the in hose fitting. You need to ask him which one is needed for your application.

Phone number 612-281-3442

I have not used it yet, but when I cool with ice, I pick up et.

Does this one have to have ice to cool?

Rob Youngblood at Advanced Clutches sells an affordable chiller.

Is this an actual chiller that doesn't use ice or just another circulator?

To answer Matt, Garrett and Joe D., I thought it was worth .07 at the Dutch Classic last year, but only about .03 or .04 at the Atco National Open in May of this year. Those are the only two times I've used it in competition. But this is only based upon what my prediction software thought it should have run, based on prior heads-up tests.

With ice water I can get the out-coming water down to about 70-75 degrees, while keeping the oil hot, using about 5 gallons of water and 2 large bags of ice.

Getting any cooler takes much longer, not to mention a couple of fresh loads of ice. And then when you cool it too long, you start to see the oil cool down, which is not what you want.

got a number for that check valve? I live in a part of the country that doesn't have basements, so I'm pretty clueless on those.

The label says Parts 2 O, part number appears to be FP0026-10. I found it in stock at Home Depot. It will fit inside 1 1/4" and 1 1/2" hoses.
