Wow, the starting line sure must have been greasy! I`m guessing in addition to the heat, the air must have been terrible too, based on the qualifying numbers. About 20 years ago, I was at the Medford divisional in July, and it was 114 degrees!:eek:
On DRC, it appeared that Alan Falcone was to race Andrew Weibe in the 2nd round of S/S, but the matchup wasn`t posted, nor did the 3rd round of eliminations link show that neither Al or Andrew were defeated by any of the remaining racers. Any idea what happened?

PS, Toby, did all the tires on the ramp truck survive the heat?

I left after the first round of Super Stock, so I don't know what happened to Alan and Andrew. From the ladder, Tom Armanino was supposed to run the winner between Alan and Andrew and he got a bye. Maybe neither of them made it up for second round? Ramp truck tires held up just fine.
