Robert,

You would need to contact Biondo racing to what options they have.

When it comes to wiring I get pretty anal. By far this is the best panel I have ever used. ARC is a nice setup, but they do not offer the features that the Mega Panel does. The Maga Panel was designed by Biondo Racing, and is well though out.

Steve, very minor difference between K&R and Biondo. The price is one and the style of coarse. I like the round illuminated start button, very nice and very trick. The Biondo Maga Panel also comes in many different configurations.

Mack, is this what you are putting in your new car? That does look trick.

Ken, that is what I was thinking. Did not know Biondo sold that. Do you know if they will produce a switch panel with more switches that what was shown? I have a switch for my 3 step etc?

Thanks guys keep the ideas coming.

Robert

Robert, Yes I'm putting the K&R in the new car... I also have one in my Barracuda that has been there for 4 or 5 years... Not as much as a blown fuse... I'm sold on K&R...... The K&R also comes complete with marked and color coded wire, wire ends, shrink wrap and wire ties... Just run your supplied power to relay/fuse panel and pull supplied wires from there.... I'll try to get a picture of mine..... Just my .02........ Mack

Steve, the K&R is much more than just a switch panel it includes a circuit board with all relays, premium wiring that is marked every 6 inches, all connectors, heat shrink, and one cord that goes from the switch panel to the circuit board. i used this on my son Andrew's car last winter when I built it, and I am going to re-wire my car this winter with the K&R product. Check it out on their web site. You will not be sorry you used this. A lot of the finest car builders in our industry are using this including PK race cars and B&B race cars.

Mack, thank you for the pictures, they are just the right size. Are you mounting your MSD close to that panel? Thanks and I will look into what everyone suggested.

There is one small draw back on that K&R panel. There is one 15 amp fuse that controls the power to the switch panel harness and if it pops you have no switch panel functions at all. Emmons was fighting this problem on there Camero at Ennis last weekend. It appears the alt. was causing this problem, but there a couple of other items on that circuit that could be the problem.

Kirk, I did not know this. What other items on that circuit do you think there is a problem? Are the Emmons considering changing?

Here is a link to some nice switch panels that I have used myself. You can't beat it for quality and ease of use and install. They come with everything you need, very trick.

Ken, is your "fuse panel" mounted on a same panel as your ing box? If possiable would you send me a picture of how yours is layed out? I will e-mail Biondo next week. I like the ARC but I have a problem with the switches, if one goes out you are in a world of hurt. I mean you can not just replace the one switch. Thanks again.
