I've never had to line hone any of my 350 4 bolt main blocks with the spacer bearings installed. Like I said, never an issue turning 9500-10,000 with a 327.

What kind of clearences you running?
I have never had a problem either running the spacers either 9000 at the traps.
Just always seems to have a loose one in the bunch when i do the assembly.

Any one running spacers in the rods?

.003 on the mains(1-4) Rear main .0035...I've never tried spacers for the rods.
